This Refunds and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns and refunds are deemed eligible and acceptable. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase with us.
- Qualification for Returns
Pamsec Solutions accepts returns within 7 days from the date of purchase.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Tailor-made/customized products and digital/downloadable items are non-returnable, unless found defective upon arrival.
- Return Initiation
To initiate a return:
- The client must contact us via email or phone within the 7-day return period.
- To expedite the process, please provide:
- Your order number or invoice number
- A clear reason for the return
- The quantity of goods being returned
Our team will issue a return tracking number and keep you informed throughout the return process.
- Shipping of Returns
- The client is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where:
- The item is faulty
- The wrong item was delivered
- The error was on our side
- We recommend using trackable shipping methods. Pamsec Solutions is not liable for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
- Inspection and Refund Process
Once the returned item is received, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
- If approved, the refund process will take 1–4 working days.
- We may replace the item, or if it’s out of stock, issue a refund via the original payment method.
- For returns due to our error or defective items, we may offer a replacement or store credit.
- Refunds are not issued for wrong orders placed by the client; however, we may accept a replacement request with an equivalent item if it meets the return criteria.
- Refund Timeline
The time taken for a refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment method or financial institution. Please allow at least 4 working days for the funds to reflect.
- Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
a) Products that have been altered or damaged after delivery
b) Products purchased via third-party sellers
c) Items sold as part of stock clearance or final sales
- Exchanges
We do not encourage exchanges, except in cases involving:
- Damaged items
- Faulty items
- Incorrect products delivered by us
If you wish to exchange an item, it must fully comply with the return process outlined in this policy. We reserve the right to accept or decline exchange requests.
- Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately and provide supporting evidence (such as clear photographs).
Our team will guide you through the return or exchange process accordingly.
