Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of receiving payment.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Standard Shipping
- Pamsec Solutions offers free Shipping within Nairobi for goods worth KSH 10,000 and above for packages that can be ferried on motorbikes, call +254799708498 for estimates for bulky goods. For goods bellow KSH 10,000 we charge a flat rate of KSH 400.
- For fragile and delicate products, we advise our client to have insurance on the product when on transit.
- Orders received before 15:00 hours will be discharged the same day while orders placed later than 15:00 hours will be dispatched the next day.
- Orders placed from outside of Nairobi will only be dispatched once full payment is received and confirmed.
- Orders that requires sourcing from distributors will be dispatched after 3 hours from the time of placing the order.
Delays and Issues
While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs delays, or carrier issues may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
