      The Victron Multiplus C 24/2000/50 2000W Pure Sinewave Inverter Charger is, in one compact housing, a powerful sine wave inverter, a sophisticated charger

      adaptive technology batteries, and AC transfer switch at high speed. In addition to these

      main functions, the MultiPlus has several advanced features, as described below.

      Two AC outlets

      The main output has the “no-break.” The MultiPlus is responsible for the supply burden

      connected during a power failure or disconnection of the main generator. This happens so fast (less than

      20 milliseconds) that computers and other electronic equipment continue to operate without

      interruption.

      The second output is only active when one of the inputs of AC arrives at MultiPlus. This

      output can be connected appliances should not discharge the battery, like a water heater by

      example (second exit available only on models with 50 amp transfer switch).

      Virtually unlimited power thanks to parallel operation

      Up to 6 Multi’s can operate in parallel to achieve higher power output. Six units

      24/5000/120, for example, will have a power output of 25 kW/30 kVA and a load capacity of 720

      amps.

      Three phase capability

      In addition to parallel connection, three units can be configured in the same model for an output

      phase. But that’s not all may be connected in parallel up to 6 sets of three units

      provide an output power of 75 kW / 90 kVA and over 2000 amps of capacity.

      PowerControl – limited generator, shore-side or network

      The Multi is a very powerful battery charger. Therefore, use lots of electricity from the generator or the network

      of the dock (about 10 A per Multi at 230 VAC 5kVA). The Multi Control Panel can establish

      maximum generator power or shore. The MultiPlus will take account of other AC loads

      and use the excess power to the load, thus avoiding overloading the generator or shore supply.

      PowerAssist – Increase the power capacity of the shore or generator

      This function takes the principle of PowerControl to another dimension. Allows the MultiPlus to supplement the

      alternative source capacity. When required, peak power for a short space of time,

      as often happens, MultiPlus immediately compensates the possible lack of power of the current

      shore or generator with battery power. When the load reduces, the spare power is used

      to recharge the battery.

      Variable four-stage charger and battery banks charging double

      The main output provides a powerful charge to the battery system using advanced software

      “Variable load.” The software fine-tunes the three-stage automatic process to adapt to the

      battery conditions and adds a fourth stage for long periods of slow loading. The process

      see “Technical Information.” Besides this, the MultiPlus can charge a second battery

      using a limited carrying out independent, designed to charge a battery to start the engine

      main or the generator (this exit is only available in 12V and 24V models).

      The system configuration can not be easier

      Once installed, the MultiPlus is ready for operation.

      If the configuration has changed, you can make in minutes using a new procedure

      DIP switch configuration. With the DIP switches can even schedule

      parallel operation and the phase: no computer needed!

      You can also use a VE.Net instead of DIP switches.

      And there is sophisticated software (Quick Setup and VE.Bus VE.Bus System Configurator) to set

      several new and advanced features.
